Broncos Turning to Paxton Lynch as Starting QB This Week

He completed 49 of his 83 passing attempts (59%) for 497 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Lynch returned to practice three weeks ago; but at the time, Joseph said Lynch wasn't ready physically and that because he had also missed so much practice time, it "wouldn't be fair" to put him in a game.

Lynch was drafted by the Broncos in the first round of the 2016 draft. Denver benched Siemian after a three-game losing streak that followed a 3-1 start.

Lynch worked as the No. 2 quarterback in practice this past week and was Osweiler's backup against the Bengals; Siemian was inactive.

Denver finds itself in the midst of a harrowing quarterback dilemma, with none of the candidates on the Broncos' roster having proven themselves capable of locking down the starting job.

Tired Goffin insists: 'I will be ready for Davis Cup final'
He played one very good match here, (and) one very bad match. "Now I'm feeling exhausted , but it was an unbelievable week". Dimitrov made the breakthrough after taking his second break point chance with an aggressive forehand in the eighth game.

They did not get the outcome they wanted with Osweiler.

The Broncos have struggled with their quarterback play this year. If Lynch can provide steadier play or better ability to move the chains, either one, then the Chiefs might be in bigger trouble when they visit Mile High later this year. He hasn't played in one since he started December 4 in Jacksonville for an injured Siemian. In his second start, in Week 12 against the Jaguars, Lynch was just 12-for-24 for 104 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions, but Denver won the game.

The Broncos, who have lost six straight games, fired offensive coordinator Mike McCoy on Monday and promoted Bill Musgrave to replace him in the position.
