Police have charged a 30-year-old nurse with felony battery on a police officer for her part in a videotaped altercation with a detective at a University of Miami football game.
The moment was captured in a viral 14-second video where the heavily intoxicated fan is seen being carried out of the stadium during a match between Miami Hurricanes and Virginia Tech Hokies.
"Promoting a safe and secure environment during any special event is our primary concern", lvaro Zabaleta, a Miami-Dade police detective, told the Independent.
According to the arrest report, Farrington noticed that a foul odor was coming from her trunk on Sunday, so she removed the body and placed it into a dumpster.
