With the New Year fast approaching, the Galaxy X's supposed support page further fueled rumors that the device could be formally revealed during the Consumers Electronics Show in January, the report added.

Apparently codenamed Star 1 and Star 2, the Samsung Galaxy S9 (model number SM-G960) and Galaxy S9+ (model number SM-G965) should sport Super AMOLED Infinity screens similar to those seen on the Galaxy S8 and S8+: 5.8 inches and 6.2 inches, respectively.

Evan Blass (aka EvLeaks) from VentureBeat has spilt the details on Samsung's next generation of flagship smartphones, due in 2018. The two new Galaxy phones could look like this.

The two cameras are displayed vertically rather than horizontally as on the Galaxy Note 8, and all in all, it should be easier this way to locate the fingerprint sensor without looking. Firstly, the renders are obtained by BGR, and the publication claims that a case maker Ghostek created the renders.

Palestinians threaten to cut ties with USA if Washington office closed
The Palestinian move comes as the Trump administration seeks to broker the long-out-of-reach Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. The Palestinian leadership has reportedly cut off communications with the Trump administration, CNN reported .

In addition to the rearranged backside, Samsung is also expected to add AKG stereo speakers. The new handsets will boast 10nm chipsets, which we assume are going to be either Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 or a new Exynos part, depending on market.

Here's where things get a little interesting: Other than their screen sizes, the Galaxy S8 and S8+ were almost identical in every way. Its smaller sibling will make do with 4GB of RAM and a single camera at the back.

However, both of the S9 phones will reportedly contain 64GB of internal storage, the same microSD card slot found on the S8, plus the 3.5mm headphone jack will remain.
