Atlus has announced Catherine: Full Body for both PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, an expanded version of the 2011 action puzzler that originally released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

In Full Body, there will be new difficulty levels, new puzzle mechanics, and an online multiplayer mode will be added.

Catherine was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2011 and had players take control of Vincent Brooks, who starts having unusual dreams where he has to climb blocks. She also supposedly has a much different personality than the other Catherines, which poses a new challenge for our hero. Called the "third Catherine" but apparently named Rin, early descriptions situate her as more of a confidant and moral compass for Vincent as he wrestles with his questions of infidelity and guilt.

Explore the pleasures and horrors of love as Vincent, a man with a hard choice to make: marry his longtime girlfriend Katherine or move on to the incredible blonde he just woke up next to-named Catherine! Her inclusion will allow for new story branches and outcomes for all four characters.

Are you excited about getting a remake of this game?

The subtitle "Full Body", aside from sounding pretty sultry, is a nod to wine, which is supposed to exemplify an "even richer and somehow more erotic" version of Catherine.

Atlus hasn't revealed a release date yet for Catherine: Full Body. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news. Famitsu.com has already shared two screenshots from the game, the first of which shows the third Catherine and the second a new scene with the original Catherine.
