The lawsuit, filed on Thursday on behalf of a man named Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, said the alleged assault took place in the Seattle area at a party aboard a private yacht at which alcohol was served, according to court documents.

In a room of the boat the director is alleged to have pushed the boy to the floor before thrusting his crotch towards him and making demands for oral sex.

In 2014, aspiring model and actor Michael Egan filed a civil suit against the director, claiming he forced him into sex during parties in California and Hawaii in the late 1990s.

Singer allegedly told Sanchez-Guzman that he was a producer and could help him get into acting if he never reported what happened on the yacht.

He "categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end".

Herman previously represented Michael Egan, who accused Singer and other Hollywood figures of sexual assault in 2014, only to later withdraw the claims.

The man accusing Singer is Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who claims that he was attacked when he was a minor at a yacht party hosted by wealthy technology investor Lester Waters in 2003.

The lawsuit has been filed by attorney Jeff Herman, who is representing Sanchez-Guzman.

The accusations come days after Singer was sacked by Twentieth Century Fox from their production of a Freddie Mercury biopic that only had two weeks left of shooting.

Sanchez-Guzman says he has suffered from psychological distress since the alleged assault and is seeking unspecified damages. "Guzman claims he pleaded with Singer to stop, but he kept going. causing him to choke". "I knew if I did, the consequences would be worse for me".

The plaintiffs in both cases also sued Gary Goddard, the Hollywood producer and director who has again been recently accused of sexual abuse. Singer's attorney at the time, Marty Singer, called the lawsuit "absurd and defamatory".

Bryan Singer has been sued for allegedly raping a seventeen year-old in 2003. The lawsuit was later dismissed. The rep added that Herman was sued by other defendants for malicious prosecution and settled, acknowledging that Egan's claims were provably false. We are confident that this case will turn out the same way the Egan case did. Though the studio did not give a reason for the firing, it had blamed Singer's "unexpected unavailability" for delaying production.
