Miami police say they arrested Buress, 34, at 10:30pm on misdemeanor disorderly intoxication charges in the Wynwood neighborhood, the Miami Herald reports.
At first, one officer responds that Buress was trespassing, but later also mentions "disorderly intoxication".
A video circulated on social media showed Buress handcuffed against a Miami patrol auto. In the video, he can heard asking the officers to explain what he was being detained for. "Am I under arrest?" he asks the officers. The arrest spawned the Twitter hashtag "Free Hannibal Buress".
Buress was asked again by the officer to leave the premises "due to him being highly intoxicated", and once outside, continued yelling profanities at the officer which led to a crowd gathering, according to the report.

According to a police report, officers asked Buress to leave a bar because he was too drunk. In fact, the comic had to be physically pushed into the back of a cruiser following a verbal altercation where Buress loudly demanded to know why he was being detained.
Buress was reportedly released at 6 a.m. after posting a $500 bond.
Buress is best known for roles in Broad City, Bad Neighbours, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Baywatch.
