On Tuesday, Lady Gaga announced that she will embark on a 2-year residency at MGM's Park Theater, set to begin in December 2018.

"The rumors are true!"

Since The Park Theater opened last December, Cher, Bruno Mars and Ricky Martin have all starred in rotating residencies there. It has been a life-long dream of mine to play Las Vegas.

This is a great end to the year for Gaga, who also performed at the Super Bowl half time show in February.

Lady Gaga arrives on the red carpet for her film "Gaga: Five Foot Two" at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, September 8, 2017.

On husband Jared Kushner, Johansson's Ivanka said, "He's packing a go bag before the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrives". Replied Pence: "Oh I don't like that song because it mentions gay apparel".

Gaga also added, "And I couldn't have done it without my unbelievable fans, little monsters and team".

Gaga is to earn approximately $400,000 per performance. I am humbled to be a part of a historical line-up of performers, and to have the honor of creating a new show unlike anything Vegas has ever seen before. "And I couldn't have done it without my incredible fans, little monsters and team". Both Spears and Lopez's shows have redefined Vegas entertainment: It was once seen as embarrassing or career-ending to book a residency there.

As Britney Spears' Las Vegas residency comes to a close, it's time to welcome a new superstar to the land of poker chips and bright lights (and even brighter sunshine). "I'll leave my heart on the stage every single night". The Las Vegas Review Journal reported that the residency runs for a year through 2019 and may extend into 2020, according to unnamed sources familiar with the agreement.

The six-time Grammy victor is now in the middle of her Joanne World Tour.
