A scary moment unfolded during a WWE live event in Uniondale as WWE superstar Paige has suffered an apparent shoulder injury during a six-woman tag team match. They called for a stretcher but she ended up leaving on her own for the most part but a trainer did assist her. After the show, she was hanging out a hotel bar and is said to be feeling better. Following a severe neck injury that required surgery and a suspension for violating WWE's Wellness Policy, Paige returned to action back on the November 20 episode of Monday Night Raw where she debuted the new women's faction Absolution alongside NXT stars Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.

The Mirror reports, that backstage people are saying Paige was hit with a "stinger" - an injury to the neck or head which causes a stinging sensation. There's also the upcoming Women's Royal Rumble on Jan 28, which Paige was all but guaranteed to be apart of. The match was stopped and officials immediately tended to Paige, as it looked to be a very serious injury as she was down for several minutes.

But if Mahomes play well, it could make the Chiefs a little more comfortable in moving on from Smith this summer. The Chiefs (9-6) don't need to win it, though.

According to fans who attended the event at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, Paige wasn't facing Sasha and appeared to not realise that she was about to be kicked.
