Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated their engagement with the release of their first official portrait photos.

The photos were taken this week by Alexi Lubomirski at Frogmore House, Windsor.

"I can not help but smile when I look at the photos that we took of them, such was their happiness together", Lubomirski said.

Britain's Prince Harry stands with his fianc??e USA actress Meghan Markle as she shows off her engagement ring whilst they pose for a photograph in the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace in west London on November 27, 2017, following the announcement of their engagement.

"Meghan's smile with the downward gaze looks flirty but it's the facial stroke that hints at her caring and possibly nurturing approach to Harry".

Harry and Meghan are due to marry on May 19 in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. The public finally has some up-close-and-personal, mushy and romantic Meghan Markle and Prince Harry photos to pore over.

Facebook ads targeting young workers focus of U.S. lawsuit
Verizon placed a Facebook ad a few weeks ago to recruit applicants for its unit that focuses on financial analysis and planning. ProPublica bought job ads on Google and LinkedIn that excluded audiences older than 40 - and the ads were instantly approved.

The piece, which features a sheer top with gold leaf embellishment attached to a black skirt, is no longer for sale. Lubomirski's work has appeared in Vogue and other high-fashion magazines and he has photographed stars including Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Beyoncé.

Harry and Meghan's photos aren't just loving, they are also sexy. "The couple are so grateful for the warm and generous messages they have received during such a happy time in their lives", Kensington Palace wrote on Instagram.

How do these compare to past royal engagement photos?

The release of the pictures comes after Meghan spent the day with Harry and members of the royal family at Queen Elizabeth II's annual Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday. In December 2010, Prince William and Kate Middleton released their own pair of engagement portraits, which were shot by Testino at St. James's Palace in London.

The second photo showed the couple in a tight embrace, sporting giant smiles as their heads touched.

And is their body language different to other couples in the famous family?
