Amit Shah's road show in Tripura, says BJP isn't afraid of violence

Releasing its election manifesto here for the Tripura Assembly elections, AICC general secretary and Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanswamy brushed aside poll promises and claims made by the BJP and the Left.

Besides, providing brick housing for all who don't have house, free health insurance to all BPL households, drinking water to all and to regularize all contractual government employees once install BJP government in Tripura.

BJP president Amit Shah today said the prevailing atmosphere in Tripura shows that BJP is coming to power in the state after the election.

"Tripura is now among top five states of the country in providing better health services and achieved best parameters in health indexes", added Sarkar.

Mr Shah said that the BJP government would implement the 7th Pay Commission recommendations for Manipur government employees, and once it comes to power in Tripura this would be done for the state's employees as well.

Shah also promised to establish one degree College in each constituency of the state. "The government of "Lal Bhai" and its cadres have looted Tripura for 25 years in the name of development..."

The state will go to polls on February 18 and result will be announced on March 3.
