The E5 Plus will nearly certainly cost under $200 at carriers, and for that, you get decent specs.

In the end, though, it matters not how quick the Moto E5/E5 Plus is, how good or bad their cameras are - or that they're a little down on feature count. The seflie camera is an 8 MP camera with a LED flash and can record videos up to 1080p resolution.

So, what are the differences?

And then there's the Moto G6 Play.

Moto G6 Play comes in Deep Indigo, Flash Gray and Gold colors. The rear camera gains 4K recording capability on the G6 Plus, whereas the front camera gets a 16MP sensor.

Motorola sure has packed a lot into the Moto G6.

So how does the Moto G6 stack up against other new budget handsets? With the regular G6, you're getting a better screen and a better phone for a few dollars more. It sort of begs the question as to why they are so close in size.

Motorola also on Thursday unveiled the cheap and cheerful Moto E5 and E5 Plus, which offer 5in and 6in displays, Snapdragon 425 and 435 internals and 2,800mAh and 5,000mAh batteries, respectively. It is priced around $199. The Play has an enormous 4,000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android Oreo OS, and also includes a fingerprint sensor, and water repellent nano-coating.

The Moto G6 is the true successor to last year's victor of Best Budget Phone at the Trusted Reviews Awards. It is a 12MP f/2.0 (1.25um) sensor.

Sen. Duckworth makes history, casts vote with baby on Senate flo
She continued, "The Senate is steeped in tradition and just like the rest of the country, sometimes things have to change". The US has had almost 2,000 senators in the past 229 years, but Duckworth is the first to give birth as a sitting senator.

Like the E6 phones, both the Moto E5 Play and Moto E5 Plus have front and back cameras, Snapgdragon processors, and fingerprint readers but some features are specific to just the Moto E5 Plus like face-detection, burst shot ability and Laser Autofocus.

That's kind of what the Moto E5 and Moto E5 Plus end up doing in a round about way.

The moto g plus will go on sale in the United Kingdom from 2 May at a starting price of £269 and will be available exclusively at Carphone Warehouse. This version will be available in dark blue, black and silver.

"The Moto G6 Play comes with a 5.7" HD+ IPS LCD display with a 720x1440p resolution.

This year the legacy continues with the newest generations of the moto g and moto e families.

Unfortunately, the high-end G6 Plus will not be available in the US, with the G6 Play starting at $199 and the G6 at $249. What you see is what you get. The USP of the Moto E5 Plus is the 5000mAh battery, and the phone thankfully also ships with TurboCharge technology. The moto g and moto e product families offer the ideal combination of features for consumers who don't want to compromise on quality, style or experience.

The E range targets the lower end of the market, with the 5.7-inch E5 at Euro 149, 6.0-inch E5 Plus at Euro 169 and the 5.2-inch E5 Play for an undisclosed price.

There is a 2800 mAh battery is in the phone. Memory-wise theres 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB storage, so youll likely need to fill the microSD slot.

Unfortunately for every prospective Moto E5 buyer, we're looking at "the coming months" for a launch time frame - and when the phones arrive in different markets will vary. Regardless, the Moto G6 Play and the rest of the newly introduced Android series represent an obvious product design modernization on Motorola's part, with the company now delivering a trio of pure mid-rangers whose aesthetic is largely in line with the latest industry trends, offering significant screen real estate with a relatively small physical footprint that's still perfectly suitable for one-handed use despite being deeply entrenched in the phablet territory.
