Willian Hints at Chelsea Stay Amid Manchester United Links, Exit Rumours

"The former Blues defender told the Daily Mail: "[Roman] Abramovich is passionate and he will be disappointed [at missing out on Champions League] but they will still be able to get some good players.

Willian insisted Chelsea "have to change something" ahead of next season and said that not even an FA Cup triumph can make up for the disappointment of their Premier League campaign.

'We have played very well, like in the games against Atletico [Madrid] and also against Barcelona, and if we always have this consistency we would be fighting for every trophy.

"My first year could have been better, but there are still more games to go and we have a chance to win the FA Cup". I think our target was to stay in the top four and we are fifth.

'These are the small details we have to change. I think we have to continue to improve for next season.

Drinkwater missed most of the first two months of the season with niggling injuries, making his debut for the Blues in their 2-1 win over Everton on October 25.

Antonio Conte's side just have the FA Cup left to salvage their season. The only title we can win is the FA Cup so we go for that.
