Considering that Epic Games has already added low-gravity rocks to "Fortnite Battle Royale", it won't be surprising if we see another item that boosts players' verticality.

The Fortnite update was originally scheduled to be released on Tuesday with servers going offline then.

Pundits have predicted a new Burst Assault rifle will be thrown into the mix with the update for PS4, Xbox One and mobile, after being bombarded with hints as they now played Battle Royale.

And with the new release will come patch notes, FYI. The two buses will start at opposite ends of the map and travel along the same path, this decision made by Epic Games is in hopes of providing players with a more effective dividing system, to in-turn create a more balanced game mode. However, the jetpack didn't make it to "Fortnite Battle Royale" as the developers apparently found a design glitch that needed to be fixed.

There's no word from Epic Games as to whether this is an issue that's being worked on, but knowing the studio it won't be long until there's some news, or a patch.

The news of the new Burst Assault Rifle hasn't been publicized through Fortnite's various social media accounts, but those who have been playing Fortnite recently spotted the new weapon included in the "New Updates" section when you log in.
