Hamas Scaled Back Gaza Protests Due to Egyptian Pressure

The Palestinian Health Ministry said one man sustained moderate injuries from shrapnel, but did not confirm whether he was inside a targeted site or nearby. Most of Gaza's residents are descendants of refugees.

"The government and the people of Pakistan would continue supporting their Palestinian brethren and present their case at every forum", the statement said quoting the prime minister. Israel's military said those comments proved the protests were not peaceful.

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Malki said Wednesday that he has asked the ICC for an appointment to deliver a "state party referral" of a case against Israel.
