Nashville Police were asked if they had the Waffle House attack in mind when they heard reports of an active shooter in the city's largest shopping mall. He reportedly told police that their feud originated from a fight with one of Churchwell's relatives in March.
A retired California police officer was at the booth buying tickets and took possession of the gun. Police say an altercation between two males left one among them useless and the suspect was instantly taken into custody.
Even the Opry Mills Theater was evacuated, a police team sailed the center, at a half a dozen ambulances converged on the spectacle and also police said convention center and that the adjoining Grand Ole Opry residence were planted on lockdown. The victim was 22-year-old Demarco Churchwell of Nashville.
One person was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Police said the shooting appears to be the result of an ongoing dispute between the men.

Quite a few ambulances and emergency automobiles are seen exterior the mall, with folks standing within the auto parking zone.
