US President Donald Trump mocked over White House painting

We imagine it's high on a lot of people's wish list, the opportunity to have a beer with a prominent leader from the past.

Trump was calling the artist to tell him he "liked what (Thomas) had done", speaking about a painting done by Thomas, The Republican Club, that is now hanging in the White House, CNN reported.

Thomas knew Trump had received the painting as a gift - from a Republican congressman who was already a fan of the artist - because the president had recently called him to congratulate him. Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and both George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush are also in scene.

"As the days and weeks and months went by in 2017, it became apparent that I had a voice, and I needed to use it in a way just to demonstrate [that] what is happening is not normal", Souza says.

"I'm not running", he said. That same woman, according to an interview with Time Magazine earlier this year, appears in a similarly styled painting of Obama and other Democratic presidents.

Repeatedly stressing what he saw as the achievements of his first two years, Mr Trump said he would be seeking another term because there was "always more work to do".

He told the Post that he depicted Trump drinking a Diet Coke after doing research.

Mr Trump called his son a "good young guy" and said he did what any political aide would have done.

Trump's decision to attack a high-profile woman, and specifically her appearance, shows that Trump probably does not care about all of the data and reporting saying that women are turned off by his mistreatment of women - especially when it comes to how he chooses to attack them.

Indeed, the Trump White House has a strained relationship with the art world.

President Donald Trump spoke with 60 Minutes in an interview that aired on Sunday night, where he discussed a number of topics, including Russia, Defense Secretary James Mattis, North Korea, and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, among other topics.

The Republican presidents are portrayed sitting in a private club. "They just can't help themselves".
