Toronto Raptors center Serge Ibaka and Cleveland Cavaliers center Marquese Chriss had to be separated after trading punches in the third quarter of Monday's contest.

In announcing the suspension, the league said that Ibaka's discipline was "based on his instigation of the physical altercation, throwing a punch at Chriss, and his prior history of fighting during National Basketball Association games" and that Chriss' punishment "was based on throwing a punch at Ibaka".

A Raptors officials said after the game that Ibaka was, indeed, reacting to something Chriss said, but the Toronto veteran is likely to receive a lengthy suspension.

Kevin Love, with 16 points and 18 rebounds, recorded his ninth double-double in 14 games this season.

Leonard was 11 of 19 from the field, but the Raptors only led briefly in the first half.

Granted, as some alluded to postgame, the Raptors were in the second game of a back-to-back, but a 25-point W for the Cavs?

"You never want to see that, but I think the fact that we kept our focus and kept our foot on the gas was key in tonight's win."
