- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released a disturbing video of a 74-year-old man being violently shoved off a bus by another passenger.
The woman in the video has been identified by police as 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop.
As the bus came to his stop, police say Fournier asked Bishop to be nicer before she shoved him onto the sidewalk.
Cadesha Bishop has been arrested and charged with murder after the elderly man she pushed from a bus died.
After passing her, Mr Fournier was shoved out of the door, hitting his head on the concrete and sustaining injuries which would eventually kill him.
The victim initially refused medical treatment at the scene, but later drove himself to the hospital, according to police.

A department statement says investigators still seek witnesses to the March 21 incident.
Fournier died on May 3 from injuries sustained in the fall.
Court records show that Bishop was convicted twice, in 2014 and 2015, of misdemeanor domestic battery charges.
The father of Bishop's son told police that Bishop was violent, and that he was no longer with her because of it.
Taylor said of Bishop, "No matter what his age, she should not have done that". He tells us he will never forget his friend.
A judge held her on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on May 21. "People need a little more patience than what they have these days", said Taylor. A Clark County public defender's official did not immediately respond Thursday to messages.
