Kensington Palace officials said in a statement that Harry and Meghan "look forward" to sharing the news of their baby's birth once they had a chance to celebrate as a new family.

Wendell Pierce appeared on This Morning today, just hours after his former Suits co-star Meghan Markle announced her son's birth.

He said Meghan and the baby were doing "incredibly well" and that the baby "is absolutely to die for". It's been fantastic, so I just wanted to share this with everybody.

And as I said, I'm so incredibly proud of my wife.

Instead of choosing a different name typical in Nepal culture, they gave him the middle name Jay after his great grandfather.

In a statement the Palace said that the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were all "delighted" with the news.

Trudeau posted on Twitter that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should "Enjoy every minute of this happy time together as a new family of three".

The world has been buzzing about Britain's royals ever since Meghan, a 37-year-old TV star with partial African American ancestry, infused the family with a hip new vibe.

Also, shortly after the birth was announced Monday, Prince Harry spoke to reporters right outside Frogmore.

Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who married the couple in May previous year, said: "May God bless the new family with love, health and happiness".

We'd also heard that it could happen at a hospital closer to the couple's home in Windsor and even that they'd opted to have a home birth with a doula by Meghan's side.
